RUM IN ALL ITS DIVERSITY

We obtain our high-quality and freshly emptied rum barrels from well-known rum distilleries in the Caribbean, Central America, the South Seas and Australia. All types of rum are matured in used bourbon barrels. The aroma of the rum barrels depends on their origin and these are predestined to flavour all kinds of distillates and beers.

BARBADOS
Barbados rum impresses with its predominantly soft and fruity aromas, such as apricot, banana, vanilla, cocoa.

JAMAICA
Jamaica rum is strong, spicy and has a slight sweetness with a color reminiscent of honey.

FIJI
Fiji Rum is fruity with aromas of cherry, peach, banana, paired with vanilla and is accompanied by oaky notes.

AUSTRALIA
Australian rum has a full flavor. Sweet notes and spicy elements combine to create an elegant and silky finish.

PANAMA
Panama Rum is a mellow to sweet rum full of complexity. Aromas of chocolate, caramel and vanilla predominate.

OAK BARRELS OF MANY OTHER SPIRITS

We offer a wide range of Used Barrels from a large variety of distillates. As an alternative to our Rum Barrels, we recommend Calvados Barrels from the Normandy in France, Grappa Barrels from the Tuscany in Italy, Tequila Barrels and Mezcal Barrels from Mexico or different Whisky Barrels from Scotland and the USA.
