BARRELS MADE FOR OUTSTANDING SPIRITS

Acacia wood is the perfect addition to the variety of oak wood barrels. It contains not as much tannins as oak; therefor preserves the freshness of distillates and crowns their taste with a touch of spicy aroma. In the Central European climate, real acacias are almost non-existent and cannot be used as a crop plant. For our barrels we use “common robinia” or “false acacia”, the wood is obtained from sustainable cultivation areas in France and Hungary. Our experienced master cooperages in France, Italy and Slovenia build these outstanding barrels according to our customers’ needs.

As an alternative to our acacia barrels, we also offer the following barrels of other types of wood: French Limousin Oak, American White Oak, Caucasian Oak, Carpathian Oak, Spanish Oak, Hungarian Oak, Japanese Mizunara Oak, Danish Oak, Ash, Chestnut, Wild Cherry and Mulberry.
