Danish oak is considered a precious, out of the ordinary kind of wood to be used for barrel production. Due to its limited availability, Danish oak is known as a prestigious and exclusive material for barrels. Spirits stored or matured in a Danish oak barrel gain from the exquisite pairing of a moderately sweet aroma and structured tannins.
