The structure of Spanish oaks growing in the Northern part of Spain is comparable to French oaks. Moderate tannins are complimented by a strong, rather dry wood and a not too sweet bouquet. Generations of Spanish master coopers craft outstanding barrels traditionally by hand. Their excellence and experience guarantee best-in-class barrels for all kinds of spirits.
