In order to produce these premium large format casks and vats, our master coopers exclusively use finest selections of hand-picked and seasoned oak. Based on decades of experience in traditional cooperage handcraft combined with passion and expert knowledge, we manufacture products of the highest quality on the market.

THE HIGHEST QUALITY ON THE MARKET

The oak used from different origins is dried outdoors for at least one year per cm of wood thickness. As a result, unwanted tannins are washed out and we guarantee excellent natural wood aromas. The casks are sealed with natural oils and waxes for perfect micro-oxidation.

CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

The origin of our wood is always strictly controlled and FSC and PFSC certified.

Large Oval Casks has commonly been used in all wine-growing regions throughout Germany as well as internationally. In order to produce these premium large format casks and vats, our master coopers exclusively use finest selections of hand-picked and seasoned oak.

YOUR CHOICE OF BIG CASKS

With a capacity of 6 to 60 hectoliters, we offer large round casks that are also handcrafted and of the same top quality. Only hand-picked oak that has been dried for a long time is used for production.

BEST WOOD - PERFECT CRAFT

Our vats are made from the same fine oak as our other large format casks and are always built according to the requirements and needs of our customers.
