In the midst of the Grande Champagne in Cognac, these extraordinary premium barrels are made from exclusive oaks from the forests of Bertranges and Center France as well as from American white oaks from Missouri and Pennsylvania. Due to the experience and know-how in dealing with the raw material wood, the Tonnellerie de Cognac team manages to produce perfect exceptional casks for selected customers.
To ensure the quality of all barrels, the wood is naturally seasoned outdoors for 30 to 36 months. The quality of the used oak is incomparable in terms of the fineness and density of the grain. Aromas of great wines will be extensively enhanced when matured in these barrels.
