QUALITY AND SUSTAINABILITY
We source our environmentally sustainable products from partner cooperages in France and the USA. The finely grained wood of French and American oak is carefully matured and dried for a minimum of 24 months before processing.
Our oak adjuncts come in various types and sizes, offering versatility throughout the entire production process of wines, distillates, or beers.
Whether for fermentation, aging, or short-, medium-, or long-term maturation, the winemaker, distiller, or brewer controls the application area and duration. Our products are organically produced and adhere to strictly verifiable quality standards.
