TRADITIONAL INTERACTION OF APPLES AND WOOD

We source our barrels directly from the Normandy-based distillers of the traditionally produced Calvados.

The Institut National des Appellations d’Origine (INAO) determined the classification of the three varieties Calvados, Calvados Pays d’Auge, Calvados Domfrontais, which are due to the particular territories. The entire production process of this apple brandy, including harvesting, preparation, distillation and maturation, must take place in this respective regions.

Our wide range of used barrels offers our customers a wide variety of prefilled barrels. Regardless of which flavor is required, we have the right used barrels available. As an alternative to our Calvados Barrels, we recommend: Grappa Barrels from the Tuscany, Rum Barrels rum barrels from different distilleries from different countries, Tequila Barrels and Mezcal Barrels directly from Mexico or Apple Brandy Barrels from small distilleries in France.
